Closely following anxiety, depression is the second most common mental health disorder in the world. Depression affects millions of people around the world. Low mood, lack of experiencing joy in previously pleasurable activities, suicidal thoughts and tendencies, weight loss or gain, loss or excess sleep, hopelessness are some of the most common symptoms of depression.
