Stress Management

       Stress is an everyday term now and something we feel on a daily basis. Its felt across all age groups and about everything. Home, work, relationships, finances, life transitions, unexpected outcomes and events all cause stress. Even everyday mundane things like traffic, neighbors etc. can lead to stress overtime when piled up. When asked to define stress, most people we noticed do not really understand it, but have felt it.              Stress when not dealt with, has long term effects on both mental and physical health. Most people and especially Gen Z find work to be the most stressful for them. Long working hours, lack of work life balance can lead to burnout and fatigue. Some examples of stressors (events that lead to stress) are divorce, sudden death, life transitions such as marriage, work, children, moving to a new country, new job etc.
